Do you intend to attend school in the UK? The Gates Cambridge Scholarship is currently open and available to students from around the world who want to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees. This scholarship is completely funded and comes with a host of advantages, such as a yearly income of £18,744, health insurance, academic development funding up to £2,000, and a family allowance up to £15,612.

The Gates Cambridge Scholarship Program was started in 2000 with a US$ 210 million commitment from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and is the biggest gift a UK university has ever received. 80 full-cost scholarships supporting a full-time postgraduate degree in any subject offered at the University of Cambridge will be made available through the initiative to exceptional individuals from outside the United Kingdom in 2023.

With about 25 scholarships available in the US round and 55 awards available in the international round, about two-thirds of the awards will be given to PhD candidates. Continue reading this post to find out more about this scholarship opportunity and the detailed application procedure.
