Apply Now | FULOKOJA Post UTME & DE Screening Admission Form – 2023/2024

This message is intended to alert all UTME and DE applicants who used JAMB to apply for admission to Federal University Lokoja (FUL) for the 2023–2024 academic session and selected FUL as their top choice that the Post-UTME site would open on Friday, August 18, 2023.

UTME candidates must have obtained a minimum score of 170 (250 for medicine & surgery, 220 for nursing science, and 200 for engineering programmes) in the 2023 UTME in order to be considered for the screening process, whereas DE applicants must have submitted an application through JAMB.

However, candidates for the UTME who selected one of the aforementioned Programmes but received less than the required marks are recommended to switch to any other applicable Programme before signing up for the CBT.

Please be aware that only applicants who have the necessary UTME score for the programme they applied for are eligible to take the CBT.

The procedures listed below must be followed by all applicants in order to complete their online screening exercise:

1. Before beginning the application process, candidates are required to have a working personal email address.
2. Check out www.fulokoja.edu.ng
3. To verify your eligibility, select Admissions > Undergraduate > Post-UTME Portal and log in using your valid 2023 JAMB Registration number.
4. To verify eligibility, log in with your current JAMB Registration number.
5. PAGE OF BIODATA: To change your personal information and exam record(s), click Biodata.

UTME Applicants: Update your contact information and test history, including the number of O’level examinations you’ve taken and the exam’s specifics (number, month, year, and grades).
DE Candidates: In accordance with requests, update your contact information, O-level examination history (including the number of O-level test sittings and O-level examination details, such as examination number, month, year, and grades), and prior academic records.
(Please note that posting of erroneous O’level result(s) details (i.e., exam no., type & year) would lead to instant disqualification).
PAYMENT PAGE: Create a REMITA service invoice for your RRR [Remita Retrieval Reference] payment of 2,000.00 (Post-UTME Screening Charges) (pay with a credit card or bank account).

• BANK PAYMENT: Take your printed invoice to any bank of your choosing that provides REMITA services, where you can process your payment using the created RRR; or
  CARD PAYMENT: Go to www.remita.net, select Bills & Purchases, then select Pay RRR Invoice. Type in your RRR and use your ATM card to complete the transaction.
  Verify your payment by going back to the Post-UTME Portal’s payment page.
  SURFACE PAGE: Visit the Post-UTME Screening website now.
  Choose your favourite programme from the drop-down menu of Federal University Lokoja’s available courses. Please be aware that your screening will take into account your top programme preference. Also, keep in mind that you must be eligible for your first choice of programme based on your UTME and O’level subject qualifications. (For information on the O’level, UTME, and DE requirements for programmes offered at Federal University Lokoja, please visit the university website at www.fulokoja.edu.ng.)
• Next, choose the five O-level courses that best fit your chosen programme.
• Upload a new O’level Examination Scratch Card detail carefully for validation.
• Please be aware that uploading incorrect O’level Examination Scratch Card information may result in instant disqualification. To confirm your outcome, you may use the scratch card once.
• Wait for the verification of the results to be confirmed.
• Upon confirmation of your O’level result(s), print the screening exercise outcome.

Observe the following:

• The online post-UTME screening exercise/portal closes on Friday, September 22, 2023, at midnight.
• Candidates must have five (5) O’ level credits from no more than two (2) sittings in topics related to their intended course of study. At Federal University Lokoja, English language proficiency is required for admission to all degrees. For information on the O’level, UTME, and DE requirements for programmes offered at Federal University Lokoja, please visit the university website (www.fulokoja.edu.ng).
• Candidates who are awaiting their O’level results may apply, but they should be aware that once the admissions process gets going, only those with O’level result(s) will be taken into consideration for admission.
• Admission would only be open to those who uploaded their O’level results to the JAMB e-Facility. Please take note that only the JAMB Office or any other JAMB Accredited Centre can successfully submit data to the JAMB e-Facility.
• For consideration for admission to the 2023–2024 academic session, only candidates who participated in the screening exercise.
• Additionally, only DE applicants who submitted applications via the JAMB Registration Exercise in 2023 and selected FUL as their top option will be taken into consideration for the screening process.
• Only applicants who select MBBS as their first choice on the JAMB platform will be taken into consideration for the MBBS CBT screening process, which will be scheduled for MBBS candidates.
• Admission to Federal University Lokoja is not guaranteed even after a screening test is passed.
• The University’s Central Admissions Committee will nonetheless take into account other entrance modalities while evaluating your application.
• Candidates must properly follow the aforementioned instructions.
